Sabrina Ku

Position: Operations Manager

Sabrina Ku is an experienced program manager and operations professional with a background in international education, nonprofit leadership and organizational development. Having lived, studied and worked in China, South Korea and the United States, she is passionate about exploring the intersections of psychology, culture, business and education to create meaningful learning experiences. 

Prior to joining Victory Strategies, Sabrina worked at Harvard Business School as a Senior Faculty Support Specialist, where she provided comprehensive support to multiple faculty members and programs - ranging from administrative support, course delivery, event coordination, research and more. She also helped to coordinate international field immersions for first-year MBA students to go to South Korea and Taiwan. Earlier in her career, Sabrina served as a Fulbright Scholar in South Korea. At Daegu Science High School, she designed and taught English language curricula to more than 300 students and launched a teacher–student mentorship program fostering critical inquiry and cross-cultural dialogue.

Sabrina is also deeply engaged in nonprofit leadership, particularly with organizations that serve the Asian and Asian diasporic communities. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Asian Women Coaching Collective, where she oversaw operations, membership engagement, and educational programming, as well as the launch of its inaugural podcast series, Magnolia Talks. She also served on the Board for KKOOM, an organization supporting children in South Korea’s social welfare system, by leading fundraising initiatives, managing donor relations, and planning programming for young adults transitioning out of care.

Sabrina holds a Master's of Education (Ed.M). in Educational Policy, Organization and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Sciences and Business & Marketing from New York University Shanghai, with a minor in Teacher Education. She also earned a graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School. 

In her free time, Sabrina enjoys practicing different coffee brewing methods, learning languages and staying active through running and Reformer Pilates.
