Personal Responsibility: team members desire to master the basics, take pride in their work and are committed to a growth mindset for the betterment of the organization.
Rewired Culture: everything in the organization is built around the team concept including workspace design, incentives, and measures of success. Team members view themselves and their contributions as a part of an interdependent organization.
Common Challenge: adversity forges teams. Regardless of the nature of the trial, the end result is that members are brought closer together when faced with a common enemy.

Each year, the Victory Strategies Team creates an unparalleled simulated mission to challenge private sector organizations on their mindset, effectiveness, creativity, team-camaraderie, and ability to become comfortable being uncomfortable. The result? Igniting high performance through practice that will have an incredible impact on your organizational culture and team-camaraderie.
Experiential-Rowing
The Victory/Lat 35 rowing program is a perfect mix of experience and academic debrief that lends itself to a unique leadership and team building event, talked about and leveraged by its participants for years to come. This program includes all associated venues and equipment, a continental breakfast and catered lunch, customized shirts and hats for each team, and medals for all. Participants need only to show up in athletic attire and let Latitude 35 and their highly accomplished leadership team take it from there.
