Former Navy SEAL Officer, Leadership Speaker, & Trusted Advisor to Executives

Adam served 14 years as a Navy SEAL officer, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During his time in the Teams, he led SEAL platoons in high-stakes environments, served as Operations Officer, and was second-in-command of a 300-person SEAL Team. His leadership was forged where accountability is absolute, trust is non-negotiable, and performance matters.

After transitioning from the military, Adam moved into executive leadership roles in both the automotive and financial industries. At General Motors, he served as Business Manager to the Vice President of Engineering, overseeing a $3.5B budget and aligning eight Executive Directors around strategic priorities. He later became a Divisional Vice President at AIG, advising hundreds of financial professionals on retirement strategy and business growth.

With Adam's experience as an entrepreneur, he has led significant growth in the financial services sector. He increased firm assets by over 25% within two years in an advisory capacity and later founded his own firm, scaling assets by more than 40% within a three-year period and building a seven-figure equity stake through disciplined execution and culture-driven leadership. This real-world experience informs his coaching, particularly in areas of growth, accountability, and performance under pressure.

Across military command, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, Adam’s success has followed a consistent pattern: clear standards, shared ownership, and relentless follow-through. At the center of his philosophy is a simple personal code - Rise. Focus. Persist.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Adam now speaks to leaders and organizations about building resilient teams, cultivating accountability, and leading with conviction in uncertain environments. He is happily married and the proud father of three.
