Team Operations Specialist

Base Salary: $76,000 + bonus opportunities

Location: Remote position (preferably in the state of Florida). Up to 20% domestic travel per year.  

Job Description: This role requires a dynamic specialist willing to adapt, grow, and support the Victory Strategies Team. The Team Operations Specialist is responsible for administrative tasks, program management, and coordinating services between our teammates and Victory Strategies. The Team Operations Specialist will also be required to interface with the client representatives at on-site and virtual locations and develop Victory Strategies relationships with those organizations. A successful Team Operations Specialist will drive client retention and program growth year over year while supporting the inside functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete contract renewal, expansion and program growth through key client engagement.

  • Serve as Victory Strategies representative for multiple key client contracts, managing all requirements, staffing, and financials.

  • Frequent in-person interaction with client leadership; program check-ins, working meetings, and key information delivery.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly reporting efforts, delivering leadership development return on investment and development of client organization’s team members to the client organization’s leadership team.

  • Support extensive collection of impact metrics, KPIs, and program data from on-site and virtual engagements.

  • Create an environment of a “team-first” mindset within our team and on behalf of our team when interacting with clients.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and team members.

  • Ensure that everything Victory Strategies Team Members do is living up to the Victory Strategies standard and commitment to excellence.

  • Frequent travel to client locations for support and leadership meetings.

  • Track Victory Strategies Team Members certifications and professional development.

  • Curriculum management of the Accelerating Leadership Academy for Victory Strategies Team Members and clients.

  • Achieve qualification and delivery of various assessments to Victory Strategies clients.

  • Advanced abilities within PowerPoint (organically creating customized slide decks for client products), Word, Excel, and AI-based programs.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Utilizing artificial intelligence every day

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or military service and/or equivalent education through experience.

  • Minimum of 1+ years of program management and operational management responsibilities.

  • Exemplary written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Superior organization and administrative skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, etc.).

  • Exceptional trip planning and coordination skills.

Parental Leave Policy:

Victory Strategies provides leaves of absence with/without pay to eligible employees for any of the following reasons:

1.     The birth of a child and to care for such child.

2.     The placement of a child with you for adoptions or foster care and to care for the newly placed child.

3.     To care for a spouse, child or parent ("covered family member") with a serious health condition.

Eligible employees are normally granted leave up to a maximum of 12 weeks within a 12-month rolling period measured backward from the date of any leave usage. If the initial period of approved absence proves insufficient, consideration will be given to a request for an extension. Extensions will be provided based on operational requirements and business needs. However, compensation will only be provided for the initial maximum of 12 weeks.
